Included in Your Stay:

• Luxurious accommodation in our private pool villas.
• An assortment of seven delightful breakfast options.
• Complimentary offerings including coffee, tea, water, and homemade iced tea.

Booking Confirmation & Payment:

• Full payment is required to secure your reservation. This can be made via credit card (including expiry date), bank transfer (with proof of payment), or through our secure online booking portal at slowgiliair.com > Book now.
• A 3% fee applies to payments made with credit or debit cards.

Cancellation Policy:

• Any changes to travel plans should be communicated as soon as possible.
• Our no refund policy is in effect for cancellations.
• We do not issue refunds for shortened stays, no-shows, or services unused due to circumstances beyond our control.
• In certain exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather or family emergencies, we are willing to transfer bookings to an alternate date if prices are consistent and availability permits.

Payment Methods:

• We accept cash and credit card payments upon arrival.
• For those who prefer bank transactions, please transfer the amount to our Indonesian account and provide proof of payment for booking confirmation.

Accommodation Unavailability:

• In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, we’ll attempt to arrange alternative accommodation. Our liability is limited to this scope.

Pets & Children:

• We maintain a no-pet policy on the premises.
• Children of all ages are welcome at Slow Villas, with complimentary arrangements for a highchair and travel cot upon request.
• Additional beds for children up to 13 years are available for 40€/night.

Check-In & Check-Out:

• Accommodations are available from 2:30pm on your arrival date, unless arranged otherwise.
• Please notify us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
• Check-out is by 11:00am on your departure date.

Villa Courtesy:

• Take-away meals are permitted in rooms, with staff assistance for dish cleaning to prevent odors or stains.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villas but allowed on the terrace and in the garden, with ashtrays provided.

Damages:

• We kindly request that you report any breakages or damages during your stay.
• Significant damages may incur repair charges.

Liability:

• We accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your property.

Privacy & Environmental Policies:

• Your personal data is securely stored and used solely for booking purposes, with occasional promotions communicated with your approval.
• Help conserve water by using the towel arrangement system provided.
• Join our eco-friendly mission by utilizing the complimentary glass water bottles and free refills at reception.
• Adhere to our bio-septic system guidelines by disposing of paper and products in the bins provided.
